Kasama Holdings, Inc (KHI), established January 2026, was created to develop gathering spaces that combine hobby, community, and food. It was founded to build third spaces that are part of the local community, providing a home for the interested and the enthusiast alike in a specific hobby niche.

Every space we build is purpose-driven to maximize square footage and ensure we meet our purpose. Each space is clean, organized, and welcoming, with simplified, straightforward pricing and a curated retail experience that compliments the theme of the establishment.

Our flagship location, CAFE // 2.4, is a combination coffee shop and RC hobby store in Norcross, GA — featuring a full café menu and a curated selection of RC vehicles and accessories available for rental and purchase. Opening Fall 2026.

Behind KHI
Kasama Holdings, Inc is led by a founder whose career has been built around the same idea behind every space we create: thoughtful design serves people best. That throughline runs from building learning programs and organizational teams from the ground up, to earning certifications in program management (PMP, PgMP) and change management (CCMP) along the way. That same discipline for structure, people, and building strong foundations now shapes CAFE // 2.4 and the concepts that will follow.
